- BioSci Healthcare, Bhopal, has state of the art manufacturing plants, in compliance with Indian FDA/WHO/CDSCO/ISO13485
- Total land area is about 50,000 square feet, manufacturing units consist of around 25,000 square feet. Out of 25,000 square feet area, presently around 12,000 square feet is used in manufacturing of Rapid & Biochemistry Products and around 13,000 square feet for upgradation of our existing products and induction of new products. We are also developing multiple floors with around 28,000 square feet to increase our production capacity and product ranges.
- Facilities have sophisticated machines like coating machine, centrifuge, spectrophotometer, etc, which enable us to complete manufacturing of our products.
- Manufacturing plants are clean room constructions with epoxy flooring supporting by AHU and Dehumidifiers & Environmental condition is maintained by validated system.
- All manufacturing process & maintenance activities are being documented, SOP are available for each activity, which are performed in manufacturing area. Quality check is available in every step of manufacturing as per SOP.
- We offer quality product i.e. ISO 13485 & CE complies
- Our aim is to provide zero defect products.
- Our products are meets the criteria of real time & accelerated stability studies.
- We will have own panel bank to test the products before release to sale.
- Our pathology partners support us validate our products on clinical samples.
